TFCrane Cables

TFCrane is a line of cables offered by TFKable, designed for demanding applications such as cranes, industrial machines and other devices subject to frequent winding and unwinding of cables, especially in difficult environmental conditions. These cables are used, among others, in port, mine and tunnel cranes, which are exposed to high mechanical loads. The distinguishing feature of TFCrane products is their resistance to torsion, high mechanical loads and the durability of the outer coating, which provides resistance to abrasion, fire, oils, UV radiation and ozone. Thanks to these properties, these cables are used in wet, dry and explosion-hazardous areas.

TFCrane cables meet stringent international standards, including compliance with IEC 60332-1-2 for flame spread, and are resistant to external factors such as UV radiation and ozone. Their construction includes flexible copper conductors, rubber-coated insulation and halogenated compounds in the outer sheath, which significantly increases the safety and durability of the product.

TFCrane cables are ideal for use in industrial and power generation applications, as well as in medium voltage mobile cable lines where reliability and safety requirements are key. These specialist cables are exceptionally durable and can withstand harsh operating conditions.

Modern Technologies in Testing

At TFKable, we have modern test applications that are carried out in the Extra-High Speed Laboratory at the Research and Development Center in Krakow. This is where we conduct advanced research that focuses on the flexibility, durability and reliability of cables. Thanks to these tests, we are able to verify the strength of cables in various, extreme operating conditions.

Our innovative test applications, such as Monospiral Wheel, Festoon and Drag Chain, enable the assessment of the strength of cables during repeated winding, unwinding, bending and subjecting them to other dynamic loads. Thanks to these advanced tests, we can guarantee that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, ensuring their safe operation in demanding industrial conditions.

Festoon Application

This app allows you to test cables suspended on cable trolleys. In this application, cables are suspended on special trolleys, which allows them to move freely during the operation of the device. Testing cables in this app helps to assess their strength during multiple bending cycles.
